inHealth is a service that delivers support from the comfort of a patient’s home. Our trained health coaches meet with patients weekly or biweekly via the downloadable inHealthNow app.

To cater to the unique needs of patients, inHealth focuses on four core components of lifestyle therapeutics (nutrition, fitness, behavior and support) while customizing each individual's plan.
Backed by positive clinical outcomes, inHealth services are covered by commercial insurance as well as Medicare if a physician is registered with inHealth.
inHealth coaches have backgrounds as registered nurses, registered dietitians and certified clinical nutritionists. Certified health coaches are paired with a patient based on their area of expertise.
After every scheduled visit, an inHealth coach writes and sends post-visit chart notes to physicians using the subjective, objective, assessment and plan (SOAP) format.
Ask your current doctor or nurse practitioner for an inHealth prescription or simply download the inHealthNow app and choose your doctor from the dropdown menu. If your provider is unfamiliar with the inHealth health coach services, let them know they can fill out a form on the inHealth website to get registered.
Go to the app store and download the inHealthNow app , and then register. Once registered, you can self schedule with your doctor of a coach or we will contact you to schedule your first visit. You can also start tracking your food and exercise, and connect to a smart scale or wearable tracker.
Open the app a few minutes before your visit is scheduled to receive the video call from your doctor or inHealth coach. Chronic care and prevention visits will occur on either a weekly or biweekly basis with a dedicated health coach.

No matter the scenario, inHealth is armed with a team of highly trained health coaches who can step in to help patients prevent, manage and improve chronic conditions.
Judith is a Double Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Patient Health Educator in Texas. Judith has 16 years of experience in health coaching, has an educational background in Health Promotion, Health Education and holds several certifications within Health and Wellness Coaching, Health Education and Patient Advocacy. Her passions include behavior psychology, functional medicine, emotional and mental wellbeing.
Cindy is a Registered Dietitian and Health and Wellness coach. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Food and Nutrition and has spent the last 27 years working in the field of Wellness and Nutrition. Her passion has always been education and empowering others to succeed and make sustainable lifestyle changes. Her belief is that with support, and guidance anything is possible.
Tiffany is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Her specialty is integrative and lifestyle medicine. She believes in the whole person approach to health and wellness and is passionate about helping people to address the full range of physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual and environmental influences that affect health, drawing from the unique resources they have within themselves to heal. She will walk alongside you on your journey to health and wellness and help you to be successful in achieving your personal vision of health.
Abby has been partnering with clients to help them take the lead in designing the kind of life they want by developing positive health and wellness behaviors for over 20 years. She has a BS and MSEd in Exercise Science and is a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, certified exercise physiologist and registered experienced yoga teacher. She believes everyone deserves to feel and live their best life and is passionate about collaborating with others to help them get there.
Kelly is a lifestyle therapeutic health coach. He is classically trained in exercise physiology and nutrition and has extensive experience working with patients with obesity. He seeks to empower patients to discover and embody their unique version of optimal health, allowing them to thrive, while utilizing a patient-centered approach to help his patients move toward making true sustainable lifestyle changes.
Jasmine is a Certified Employer Wellness Coach and is our current Health Coach Coordinator on the team. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California Los Angeles. Since then has worked in a few different areas within psychology such as applied behavior analysis and peer-support counseling. She uniquely utilizes this background in order to help others achieve a quality lifestyle and health wellness by applying different evidence-based practices.
Katie is a health and wellness coach, dietitian, and tobacco treatment specialist. She recognizes that we are all on a journey with our health and is honored to partner with patients to help them achieve a higher level of wellbeing. She works with clients to uncover strengths, solutions, and motivation.
Andrea is a certified clinical lifestyle coach and licensed, registered dietitian living in Ohio. She earned her MS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Kent State University. After 15 years in sales in the hospitality industry, she followed her passion for health and wellness and has enjoyed working with clients on their journey towards improved health and wellness.
