So what Exactly is the opportunity?
The fact is that we have over 133 million adults, who our three segments of customers touch daily, suffering from chronic disease.
Our customers face the uphill battle of time constraints, adherence to therapy, bad outcomes, and poor engagement, just to name a few, and they have little to no access to clinically validated programs and services they can easily deploy.
Our solution changes that. At inHealth, our proven product is at the intersection of service and technology. We've spent the last five plus years building and proving our digital lifestyle therapeutics program can address virtually all chronic conditions. We use technology to deliver this reimbursable, outcomes-based lifestyle medicine through human health coaches trained to become an extension of providers like yourselves and help optimize outcomes.
As part of our Series A funding round, we are adding a new Specialty Medical Group to our portfolio. This Medical Group will be there to service the 5+ million lives we have access to through our current contracts. The opportunity is two-fold; become part of our Medical Group Network and invest in inHealth to become a shareholder in this exciting digital health movement.
What is the general structure of the opportunity?
Our goal is to offer competitive compensation, high demand for patient visits, lifestyle coaching and seamless programs, a best in class technology platform, and most importantly a chance to become a shareholder.
Our achievements have put us in a place where we are ready to raise $25-30 million. We will have two funding events to get us to our goal. Today, we have a special partner and provider offering that will end up being $2-5 million.
The General Structure:
- $50,000 minimum investment- Special offering as part of larger $25-30M Series A
- Raising $2-5M during special offering at discounted valuation
- Investments must be in by May 30th, 2022
- Series A closing in Q4 2022 or Q1 2023
